Social Media for Health Care Professionals
Social media has become increasingly popular for business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing. I recently did some research on social media by healthcare professionals and wanted to share some of the articles and stats I found in the form of Storify. There are interesting implications in how, as PR and marketing professionals, one would reach and engage with this audience. What are your experiences?

@seattle I don’t think this is a case of healthcare professionals spending too much time on social media, rather how social media can help augment their practices to serve patients like you and me. And considering this is a blog about PR and marketing
, then how to best reach this influential group of consumers.
I think this is insane. Our “best and brightest” who make hundreds of dollars per hour and spend hundreds of thousand on education have better things to worry about then social media, in my humble opinion. Great article — got me thinking!
